Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and the Humbg banking platform. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What this service is

Humbg provides a digital banking platform. Account opening is subject to identity verification and approval, and banking services are provided subject to the regulatory permissions that apply in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for reviewing your statements and transaction history regularly.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your login. Tell us immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to another user's data, to probe or stress the service, or to upload malicious code. Do not attempt to circumvent the authorisation model.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will usually explain why.

4. Your data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your own records. We retain account data as described in the privacy policy.

5. Availability

The service is provided as-is, without a service level commitment. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a fault. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Fees

Fees are set out on the pricing page and shown in full before you confirm any payment.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
