The number that lands, not the number you typed
Type an amount and Humbg immediately shows the fee, the total debit and your balance afterwards. If the debit would take you below zero, the form refuses it before it reaches the server.

Row-locked posting
Transfers lock the account row before reading the balance, so two simultaneous payments cannot both pass the check.
Double-entry writes
Both sides of a movement are written inside one transaction. A partial write is rolled back entirely.

The zero-sum invariant is checked on demand and the result shown, rather than assumed to hold.
